I’m a Health & Happiness Coach, and I help women change their health and their lives by interrupting the subconscious patterns that shape their habits, metabolism, and self-trust.
Inside my coaching container, The Inner Compass, we work at the level where lasting change actually happens—your body, your identity, and the patterns running beneath the surface.

I offer pattern-interruption work across one-on-one single sessions, small group Circles, and private mentorship—supporting women in restoring metabolic health, strengthening self-trust, and creating identity-level change over time.

Pattern Interruption Single Session
A single, focused session devoted to understanding one pattern at the level of the body, nervous system, and meaning — so change can begin without force.

Circles is my six-month signature group coaching experience for women who want to work with deep patterns around health, habits, and self-trust — with support, continuity, and nervous-system-informed guidance.

Private Mentorship is a long-range, one-on-one experience for women ready to work at the most foundational level — where patterns, identity, metabolic health, and life direction intersect.
