When I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, my A1C was 11.3. In less than six months — without medication — I brought it down to 6.9, became insulin sensitive, and released 60 pounds. Today I wear a size 8 instead of 18, I’m strong, energized, and living in the healthiest body of my life. Even my heart health markers are now in the “optimal” range — proof that this lifestyle isn’t just about weight loss or reversing Type 2, but also about building vibrant, long-term health.
