I’m a Health & Happiness Coach, and I help women interrupt the subconscious patterns that shape their health, habits, and self-trust — so change becomes sustainable, not exhausting.

My work is rooted in one simple truth:

Most people aren’t struggling because they lack discipline or willpower.

They’re struggling because they’ve been trying to force change in systems that don’t feel safe, regulated, or supported.

When the nervous system is under constant pressure, even the best intentions fall apart.

How this understanding took shape

That insight didn’t come from theory alone — it came from lived experience.

For years, I did what many women do. I tried to be “good.”

I followed the rules. I pushed myself to eat better, move more, and try harder.

I could create short-term results — but nothing felt stable or peaceful.

Eventually, my body pushed back.

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and had to face the reality that willpower alone wasn’t going to heal what was happening beneath the surface.

What followed wasn’t a quick fix.

It was a process of learning how metabolism, stress, nervous system patterns, and identity all interact — and how profoundly the body responds when the conditions change.

As I stopped blaming myself and began working with my system, my health shifted.

I lost over 90 pounds.

My blood sugar stabilized.

But more importantly, my relationship with my body changed.

I stopped fighting it — and started listening.

What this work is built on

That experience shaped the foundation of The Inner Compass.

Inside this work, we don’t focus on perfection or pushing through.

We work with the body, the nervous system, and subconscious patterns together — because real change happens when the system feels safe enough to change.

My approach integrates:

A single, focused session devoted to understanding one pattern at the level of the body, nervous system, and meaning — so change can begin without force.

Circles

Circles is my six-month signature group coaching experience for women who want to work with deep patterns around health, habits, and self-trust — with support, continuity, and nervous-system-informed guidance.

Private Mentorship

Private Mentorship is a long-range, one-on-one experience for women ready to work at the most foundational level — where patterns, identity, metabolic health, and life direction intersect.
